제1조(목적)
이 약관은 K-ozy가 운영하는 공식 웹사이트에서 제공하는 침구 대여 및 국제학생 정착 지원 서비스의 이용과 관련하여, K-ozy와 이용자의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 한다.
제2조(정의)
① “K-ozy”란 국제학생에게 침구 대여 및 정착 지원 서비스를 제공하는 서비스를 말한다.
② “웹사이트”란 K-ozy가 침구 대여 신청, 서비스 안내, 결제, 문의 응대 등을 위하여 운영하는 온라인 공간을 말한다.
③ “이용자”란 K-ozy 웹사이트에 접속하여 본 약관에 따라 K-ozy가 제공하는 서비스를 이용하는 자를 말한다.
④ “대여상품”이란 K-ozy가 이용자에게 일정 기간 대여하는 침구류 및 이에 부속되는 물품을 말한다.
⑤ “서비스”란 침구 대여, 대여 신청 및 결제, 수령 및 반납 안내, 정착 관련 정보 제공, 기타 K-ozy가 정하는 국제학생 지원 서비스를 말한다.
제3조(약관의 명시와 개정)
① K-ozy는 본 약관의 내용, 상호, 대표자 성명, 사업장 주소, 연락처, 전자우편주소, 사업자등록번호, 통신판매업 신고번호, 개인정보관리책임자 등을 이용자가 쉽게 확인할 수 있도록 웹사이트 하단 또는 별도 연결화면에 게시한다.
② K-ozy는 이용자가 약관에 동의하기 전에 대여상품의 수령 및 반납 방법, 결제 방식, 취소 및 환불 조건, 이용자의 책임 등 중요한 내용을 확인할 수 있도록 안내한다.
③ K-ozy는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위에서 본 약관을 개정할 수 있다.
④ 약관을 개정할 경우 K-ozy는 적용일자 및 개정사유를 명시하여 적용일자 7일 전부터 웹사이트에 공지한다. 다만 이용자에게 불리한 내용으로 변경되는 경우에는 최소 30일 이상의 사전 유예기간을 두고 공지한다.
제4조(서비스의 제공 및 변경)
① K-ozy는 다음 각 호의 서비스를 제공한다.
- 침구류 대여상품에 대한 정보 제공
- 침구 대여 신청 및 결제
- 대여상품의 수령 및 반납 안내
- 국제학생의 초기 정착에 필요한 정보 제공
- 기타 K-ozy가 정하는 서비스
② K-ozy는 대여상품의 재고 부족, 세탁 및 관리 상태, 운영 일정, 제휴기관 사정 등에 따라 제공하는 대여상품 또는 서비스의 내용을 변경할 수 있다.
③ 서비스 내용이 변경되는 경우 K-ozy는 변경 사유와 제공 가능 일정을 웹사이트 또는 이용자에게 통지 가능한 연락수단을 통해 안내한다.
제5조(서비스의 중단)
① K-ozy는 웹사이트 점검, 시스템 오류, 통신 장애, 결제 시스템 문제, 운영상 필요 등의 사유가 발생한 경우 서비스 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있다.
② K-ozy는 서비스 중단이 발생하는 경우 가능한 한 사전에 웹사이트 또는 개별 연락수단을 통해 이용자에게 안내한다.
③ 다만 K-ozy의 고의 또는 중대한 과실 없이 발생한 시스템 장애, 천재지변, 외부 결제 시스템 오류 등으로 인한 손해에 대해서는 책임을 지지 않을 수 있다.
제6조(이용자에 대한 통지)
① K-ozy가 이용자에게 통지하는 경우 이용자가 제공한 전자우편, 휴대전화, SNS 계정, 메신저, 웹사이트 공지 등의 방법으로 할 수 있다.
② 불특정 다수 이용자에 대한 통지는 웹사이트 공지사항 또는 서비스 화면에 게시함으로써 개별 통지를 갈음할 수 있다.
③ 다만 대여 신청, 결제, 수령, 반납, 환불 등 이용자의 거래에 중대한 영향을 미치는 사항은 가능한 한 개별적으로 통지한다.
제7조(대여 신청 및 개인정보 제공 동의)
① 이용자는 K-ozy 웹사이트에서 다음 또는 이와 유사한 방법으로 대여를 신청할 수 있다.
- 대여상품의 선택
- 이용자 성명, 연락처, 이메일, 소속 대학, 수령 장소 등 필요한 정보 입력
- 대여 기간, 수령 및 반납 방법, 비용 부담, 환불 조건 등 중요 내용 확인
- 본 약관 및 개인정보처리방침에 대한 동의
- 대여 신청 및 신청 내용 확인
- 결제방법 선택
② K-ozy가 서비스 제공을 위해 제3자에게 이용자의 개인정보를 제공할 필요가 있는 경우, 제공받는 자, 이용 목적, 제공 항목, 보유 및 이용 기간을 이용자에게 알리고 동의를 받는다.
③ K-ozy가 결제, 세탁, 수령 및 반납 관리 등 서비스 제공을 위하여 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하는 경우, 개인정보처리방침을 통해 관련 내용을 고지한다.
제8조(대여계약의 성립)
① K-ozy는 이용자의 대여 신청에 대하여 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 승낙하지 않을 수 있다.
- 신청 내용에 허위, 누락, 오류가 있는 경우
- 대여상품의 재고가 부족한 경우
- 결제가 정상적으로 완료되지 않은 경우
- 서비스 운영상 대여 신청을 승낙하기 어려운 경우
② 대여계약은 K-ozy의 신청 확인 또는 결제 완료 안내가 이용자에게 도달한 시점에 성립한 것으로 본다.
③ K-ozy의 승낙 의사표시에는 대여 신청 내용, 결제 여부, 수령 및 반납 방법, 변경 및 취소에 관한 안내가 포함될 수 있다.
제9조(지급방법)
K-ozy 서비스 이용에 대한 대금 지급은 다음 각 호의 방법 중 K-ozy가 제공하는 방법으로 할 수 있다.
- 신용카드, 체크카드 등 카드 결제
- 계좌이체 또는 온라인 무통장입금
- 기타 K-ozy가 인정하는 전자적 지급 방법
K-ozy는 이용자의 지급방법에 대하여 법령에서 허용되지 않는 별도의 수수료를 임의로 추가하여 징수하지 않는다.
제10조(대여 신청 확인, 변경 및 취소)
① K-ozy는 이용자의 대여 신청이 있는 경우 이용자에게 신청 확인 안내를 제공한다.
② 이용자는 신청 내용에 오류가 있거나 변경이 필요한 경우 K-ozy가 정한 방법에 따라 변경 또는 취소를 요청할 수 있다.
③ K-ozy는 대여상품 수령 전 이용자의 변경 또는 취소 요청이 있는 경우, 운영 가능 범위 내에서 지체 없이 처리한다.
④ 이미 결제가 완료된 경우 취소 및 환불은 본 약관의 환불 규정에 따른다.
제11조(대여상품의 제공, 수령 및 반납)
① K-ozy는 이용자가 신청한 대여상품을 약정된 수령일 또는 수령 기간에 맞추어 제공하기 위해 필요한 준비, 세탁, 포장 및 운영 조치를 취한다.
② 이용자는 K-ozy가 안내한 방법에 따라 대여상품을 수령하여야 하며, 수령 시 본인 확인 또는 신청 내용 확인이 요구될 수 있다.
③ 이용자는 대여 기간 종료 시 K-ozy가 안내한 일정과 방법에 따라 대여상품을 반납하여야 한다.
④ 이용자가 정해진 기한 내에 대여상품을 반납하지 않거나 대여상품을 훼손·분실한 경우, K-ozy는 이용자에게 연체료 또는 손해배상을 청구할 수 있다.
⑤ 대여상품의 수령 및 반납 일정, 장소, 방법은 운영 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 시 K-ozy는 이용자에게 안내한다.
제12조(환급)
① K-ozy는 이용자가 신청한 대여상품을 재고 부족, 운영 일정 변경, 기타 사유로 제공할 수 없는 경우 지체 없이 그 사유를 이용자에게 통지한다.
② K-ozy가 사전에 대금을 받은 경우, 대여상품을 제공할 수 없게 된 날부터 3영업일 이내에 환급하거나 환급에 필요한 조치를 취한다.
③ 환급은 원칙적으로 이용자가 결제한 수단을 통해 진행하되, 결제수단의 특성상 동일한 방식으로 환급이 어려운 경우 이용자와 협의하여 다른 방법으로 환급할 수 있다.
제13조(취소 및 환불)
① 이용자는 대여상품 수령 전 K-ozy가 정한 기간 내에 대여 신청을 취소할 수 있다.
② 대여상품 수령 이후에는 단순 변심에 의한 취소 또는 환불이 제한될 수 있다.
③ 다음 각 호에 해당하는 경우 환불 또는 교환이 제한될 수 있다.
- 이용자의 책임 있는 사유로 대여상품이 훼손 또는 분실된 경우
- 이용자의 사용으로 대여상품의 가치가 현저히 감소한 경우
- 대여 기간이 이미 시작되었거나 상당 부분 경과한 경우
- 위생상 재대여가 어려운 상태로 반환된 경우
④ 다만 대여상품의 내용이 표시·광고 내용과 다르거나 K-ozy의 책임 있는 사유로 정상적인 이용이 어려운 경우, 이용자는 K-ozy에 교환, 재제공 또는 환불을 요청할 수 있다.
⑤ 구체적인 취소 및 환불 기준은 웹사이트의 환불 및 취소 안내에 따른다.
제14조(대여상품의 관리 및 이용자 책임)
① 이용자는 대여기간 동안 대여상품을 선량한 관리자의 주의로 사용하여야 한다.
② 이용자는 대여상품을 제3자에게 임의로 양도, 재대여, 판매하거나 K-ozy의 동의 없이 다른 목적으로 사용할 수 없다.
③ 이용자의 고의 또는 과실로 대여상품이 훼손, 오염, 분실된 경우 이용자는 그에 대한 손해를 배상하여야 할 수 있다.
④ 대여상품의 일반적인 사용에 따른 자연스러운 마모는 이용자의 책임으로 보지 않는다.
제15조(개인정보보호)
① K-ozy는 서비스 제공을 위하여 필요한 범위에서 최소한의 개인정보를 수집한다.
② K-ozy는 이용자의 개인정보를 수집·이용하는 경우 그 목적을 고지하고 동의를 받는다.
③ K-ozy는 수집된 개인정보를 목적 외의 용도로 이용하지 않으며, 새로운 이용 목적이 발생하거나 제3자에게 제공할 필요가 있는 경우 관련 법령에 따라 이용자에게 알리고 동의를 받는다.
④ 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대해 열람, 정정, 삭제 또는 처리정지를 요청할 수 있으며, K-ozy는 관련 법령에 따라 필요한 조치를 취한다.
⑤ K-ozy는 개인정보 보호를 위해 개인정보를 취급하는 인원을 최소한으로 제한하고, 개인정보의 분실, 도난, 유출, 변조 등을 방지하기 위해 필요한 조치를 취한다.
⑥ 개인정보의 구체적인 처리 기준은 K-ozy 개인정보처리방침에 따른다.
제16조(K-ozy의 의무)
① K-ozy는 법령과 본 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며, 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하기 위해 노력한다.
② K-ozy는 이용자가 안전하게 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 개인정보 보호와 서비스 보안을 위해 필요한 조치를 취한다.
③ K-ozy는 대여상품 및 서비스에 대하여 허위 또는 과장된 표시·광고를 하지 않는다.
④ K-ozy는 이용자가 원하지 않는 영리 목적의 광고성 전자우편 또는 메시지를 발송하지 않는다.
제17조(이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 안 된다.
- 신청 또는 변경 시 허위 내용을 등록하는 행위
- 타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위
- K-ozy 웹사이트에 게시된 정보를 무단으로 변경하는 행위
- K-ozy가 정한 정보 이외의 정보 또는 프로그램 등을 송신하거나 게시하는 행위
- K-ozy 또는 제3자의 저작권 등 지식재산권을 침해하는 행위
- K-ozy 또는 제3자의 명예를 훼손하거나 업무를 방해하는 행위
- 대여상품을 고의로 훼손, 분실하거나 반환하지 않는 행위
- 법령 또는 본 약관이 금지하는 행위
제18조(연결 웹사이트와의 관계)
① K-ozy 웹사이트가 제휴사, 결제사, SNS, 외부 정보 제공 사이트 등 다른 웹사이트와 연결되는 경우, K-ozy는 해당 외부 웹사이트가 독자적으로 제공하는 서비스 또는 정보에 대해 책임을 지지 않을 수 있다.
② 다만 K-ozy가 직접 제공하거나 관리하는 서비스에 대해서는 본 약관 및 관련 법령에 따른 책임을 부담한다.
제19조(저작권의 귀속 및 이용제한)
① K-ozy가 작성한 웹사이트 콘텐츠, 이미지, 문구, 서비스 자료 등에 대한 저작권 및 지식재산권은 K-ozy에 귀속된다.
② 이용자는 K-ozy의 사전 동의 없이 웹사이트에서 얻은 정보를 복제, 송신, 출판, 배포, 방송하거나 영리 목적으로 이용할 수 없다.
③ K-ozy가 이용자가 제공한 후기, 이미지, 의견 등을 활용하는 경우에는 필요한 범위에서 이용자의 동의를 받는다.
제20조(분쟁해결)
① K-ozy는 이용자가 제기하는 정당한 의견이나 불만을 신속하게 처리하기 위해 노력한다.
② 이용자의 문의나 불만사항에 대한 처리가 지연되는 경우 K-ozy는 그 사유와 처리 일정을 이용자에게 안내한다.
③ K-ozy와 이용자 간 전자상거래 또는 서비스 이용과 관련하여 분쟁이 발생한 경우, 관계 법령에 따른 분쟁조정기관의 조정 절차를 이용할 수 있다.
제21조(재판권 및 준거법)
① K-ozy와 이용자 간에 발생한 전자상거래 또는 서비스 이용 관련 분쟁에 관한 소송은 관련 법령에 따른 관할 법원에 제기한다.
② K-ozy와 이용자 간에 제기된 소송에는 대한민국 법을 적용한다.
부칙
본 약관은 2026년 8월 6일부터 시행한다.
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between K-ozy and users in relation to the bedding rental and international student settlement support services provided through the official K-ozy website.
Article 2. Definitions
- “K-ozy” refers to the service that provides bedding rental and settlement support services for international students.
- “Website” refers to the online platform operated by K-ozy for bedding rental applications, service information, payment, and customer inquiries.
- “User” refers to any person who accesses the K-ozy website and uses the services provided by K-ozy in accordance with these Terms.
- “Rental Product” refers to bedding items and related goods rented to users by K-ozy for a fixed period of time.
- “Service” refers to bedding rental, rental application and payment, pick-up and return guidance, settlement-related information, and any other international student support services provided by K-ozy.
Article 3. Display and Amendment of Terms
- K-ozy shall make these Terms, business name, representative’s name, business address, contact information, email address, business registration number, e-commerce registration number, and privacy officer information easily accessible to users through the website footer or a separate linked page.
- Before users agree to these Terms, K-ozy shall provide information on important matters, including the method of receiving and returning Rental Products, payment methods, cancellation and refund conditions, and user responsibilities.
- K-ozy may amend these Terms within the scope permitted by applicable laws and regulations.
- If these Terms are amended, K-ozy shall announce the effective date and reason for amendment on the website at least seven days before the effective date. If the amendment is unfavorable to users, K-ozy shall provide notice at least thirty days in advance.
Article 4. Provision and Modification of Services
1. K-ozy provides the following services:
- Information on bedding Rental Products;
- Bedding rental application and payment;
- Guidance on receiving and returning Rental Products;
- Information necessary for the initial settlement of international students;
- Other services designated by K-ozy.
2. K-ozy may modify the content of Rental Products or services due to inventory shortages, laundry and maintenance conditions, operational schedules, partner-related circumstances, or other relevant reasons.
3. If the service content is modified, K-ozy shall notify users of the reason for modification and the expected availability through the website or other contact methods provided by the user.
Article 5. Suspension of Services
- K-ozy may temporarily suspend the provision of services due to website maintenance, system errors, communication failures, payment system issues, or other operational needs.
- If service suspension occurs, K-ozy shall notify users in advance through the website or individual contact methods where possible.
- K-ozy may not be held liable for damages caused by system failures, natural disasters, external payment system errors, or other events not caused by K-ozy’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Article 6. Notice to Users
- K-ozy may notify users through email, mobile phone, SNS account, messenger, website notice, or other contact methods provided by the user.
- Notices to unspecified users may be made by posting on the website notice board or service page.
- However, matters that significantly affect a user’s transaction, such as rental application, payment, receipt, return, or refund, shall be notified individually where possible.
Article 7. Rental Application and Consent to Personal Information Use
1. Users may apply for rental services through the K-ozy website by the following or similar methods:
- Selecting Rental Products;
- Entering necessary information such as name, contact information, email address, university, and receiving location;
- Confirming important information such as rental period, receiving and return methods, costs, and refund conditions;
- Agreeing to these Terms and the Privacy Policy;
- Submitting and confirming the rental application;
- Selecting a payment method.
2. If K-ozy needs to provide a user’s personal information to a third party for service provision, K-ozy shall inform the user of the recipient, purpose of use, items provided, and retention and use period, and obtain the user’s consent.
3. If K-ozy entrusts the processing of personal information to a third party for payment, laundry, receiving and return management, or other service-related operations, K-ozy shall disclose such matters through the Privacy Policy.
Article 8. Formation of Rental Contract
1. K-ozy may refuse to accept a user’s rental application in any of the following cases:
- The application contains false, missing, or incorrect information;
- Rental Products are out of stock;
- Payment has not been completed properly;
- K-ozy determines that accepting the rental application is difficult due to service operation circumstances.
2. The rental contract is deemed to be formed when K-ozy’s application confirmation or payment completion notice reaches the user.
3. K-ozy’s acceptance notice may include information on the rental application, payment status, receiving and return methods, and procedures for changes or cancellation.
Article 9. Payment Methods
Payment for K-ozy services may be made through the methods provided by K-ozy, including the following:
- Credit card or debit card payment;
- Bank transfer or online deposit;
- Other electronic payment methods recognized by K-ozy.
K-ozy shall not arbitrarily charge any additional fees for a user’s selected payment method unless permitted by applicable laws.
Article 10. Confirmation, Change, and Cancellation of Rental Application
- K-ozy shall provide confirmation to users when a rental application is submitted.
- If there is an error in the application or a change is required, users may request a change or cancellation through the method designated by K-ozy.
- If a user requests a change or cancellation before receiving the Rental Product, K-ozy shall process the request without delay within the scope of operational feasibility.
- If payment has already been completed, cancellation and refund shall follow the refund provisions of these Terms.
Article 11. Provision, Receipt, and Return of Rental Products
- K-ozy shall take necessary measures, including preparation, laundry, packaging, and operation, to provide the Rental Product according to the agreed receiving date or period.
- Users shall receive the Rental Product according to the method designated by K-ozy, and identity verification or application confirmation may be required at the time of receipt.
- Users shall return the Rental Product according to the schedule and method designated by K-ozy at the end of the rental period.
- If a user fails to return the Rental Product within the designated period or damages or loses the Rental Product, K-ozy may charge the user late fees or compensation for damages.
- The schedule, location, and method of receiving and returning Rental Products may be changed depending on operational circumstances, and K-ozy shall notify users of such changes.
Article 12. Refund
- If K-ozy is unable to provide the Rental Product due to inventory shortage, operational schedule changes, or other reasons, K-ozy shall notify the user of the reason without delay.
- If K-ozy has received payment in advance, K-ozy shall issue a refund or take necessary refund measures within three business days from the date on which the Rental Product becomes unavailable.
- Refunds shall, in principle, be made through the original payment method. However, if a refund through the original payment method is difficult due to the nature of the payment method, K-ozy may process the refund through another method after consultation with the user.
Article 13. Cancellation and Refund Policy
1. Users may cancel their rental application within the period designated by K-ozy before receiving the Rental Product.
2. After receiving the Rental Product, cancellation or refund due to simple change of mind may be restricted.
3. Refunds or exchanges may be restricted in any of the following cases:
- The Rental Product is damaged or lost due to reasons attributable to the user;
- The value of the Rental Product has significantly decreased due to the user’s use;
- The rental period has already started or a significant portion of the rental period has passed;
- The Rental Product is returned in a condition that makes re-rental difficult for hygiene reasons.
4. However, if the Rental Product is different from the displayed or advertised content, or if normal use is difficult due to reasons attributable to K-ozy, the user may request exchange, re-provision, or refund from K-ozy.
5. Specific cancellation and refund standards shall follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy posted on the website.
Article 14. Management of Rental Products and User Responsibility
- Users shall use the Rental Product with the care of a good manager during the rental period.
- Users shall not transfer, re-rent, sell, or use the Rental Product for any purpose other than its intended use without K-ozy’s consent.
- If the Rental Product is damaged, contaminated, or lost due to the user’s intentional misconduct or negligence, the user may be required to compensate for the damage.
- Natural wear and tear caused by ordinary use of the Rental Product shall not be deemed the user’s responsibility.
Article 15. Protection of Personal Information
- K-ozy collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the service.
- When collecting and using a user’s personal information, K-ozy shall notify the user of the purpose and obtain consent.
- K-ozy shall not use collected personal information for purposes other than those stated, and if a new purpose of use arises or personal information needs to be provided to a third party, K-ozy shall notify the user and obtain consent in accordance with applicable laws.
- Users may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing of their personal information at any time, and K-ozy shall take necessary measures in accordance with applicable laws.
- K-ozy shall limit the number of persons handling personal information to the minimum necessary and take necessary measures to prevent loss, theft, leakage, alteration, or damage of personal information.
- Specific standards for the processing of personal information shall be governed by K-ozy’s Privacy Policy.
Article 16. Obligations of K-ozy
- K-ozy shall not engage in acts prohibited by laws, regulations, or these Terms, or acts contrary to public order and morals, and shall make efforts to provide stable services.
- K-ozy shall take necessary measures to protect personal information and ensure service security so that users can safely use the service.
- K-ozy shall not make false or exaggerated representations or advertisements regarding Rental Products or services.
- K-ozy shall not send commercial advertising emails or messages that users do not wish to receive.
Article 17. Obligations of Users
Users shall not engage in any of the following acts:
- Registering false information when applying for or changing service information;
- Using another person’s information without authorization;
- Modifying information posted on the K-ozy website without authorization;
- Transmitting or posting information or programs other than those designated by K-ozy;
- Infringing the intellectual property rights of K-ozy or any third party;
- Damaging the reputation or interfering with the business of K-ozy or any third party;
- Intentionally damaging, losing, or failing to return Rental Products;
- Engaging in any act prohibited by laws, regulations, or these Terms.
Article 18. Relationship with Linked Websites
- If the K-ozy website is linked to websites operated by partners, payment service providers, SNS platforms, or external information providers, K-ozy may not be responsible for services or information independently provided by such external websites.
- However, K-ozy shall be responsible for services directly provided or managed by K-ozy in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.
Article 19. Ownership and Restriction of Copyright
- Copyrights and other intellectual property rights to website content, images, texts, service materials, and other materials created by K-ozy belong to K-ozy.
- Users shall not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or commercially use information obtained from the K-ozy website without prior consent from K-ozy.
- If K-ozy uses reviews, images, opinions, or other materials provided by users, K-ozy shall obtain the user’s consent to the extent necessary.
Article 20. Dispute Resolution
- K-ozy shall make efforts to promptly process legitimate opinions or complaints submitted by users.
- If processing a user’s inquiry or complaint is delayed, K-ozy shall notify the user of the reason for the delay and the expected processing schedule.
- If a dispute arises between K-ozy and a user in relation to e-commerce or service use, the parties may use the mediation procedures of a dispute resolution organization in accordance with applicable laws.
Article 21. Jurisdiction and Governing Law
- Any lawsuit related to e-commerce or service use between K-ozy and a user shall be filed with the competent court under applicable laws.
- The laws of the Republic of Korea shall govern any lawsuit between K-ozy and a user.
Addendum
